How do I find my perfect fit in POPFLEX® activewear?
We design for every body! Please refer to our detailed Size Guide located on each product page. Our leggings and bras are tested on multiple body types to ensure they provide both compression and comfort. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
What is the status of my order and how can I track it?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update. You can also track your package directly through our 'Order Status' page using your order number and email address.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your gear! We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as water bottles and final sale products, are non-returnable for hygiene and clearance reasons.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your country.
How should I care for my POPFLEX® gear to make it last?
To keep your activewear looking brand new, we recommend machine washing in cold water with like colors on a gentle cycle. Always hang to dry; avoid using a dryer or fabric softeners, as high heat and chemicals can break down the technical fibers and elasticity.
